G-BA suspends assessments of pre-AMNOG drugs

Germany's Federal Joint Committee (G-BA) suspended planned and ongoing assessments of drugs that were launched before January 2011, when drug pricing law AMNOG came into effect, according to a G-BA spokesperson. The spokesperson said the move is the result of the introduction of legislation that would end the assessments of drugs launched prior to AMNOG.
