Atossa prices IPO, beings trading

Atossa Genetics Inc. (NASDAQ:ATOS) raised $4 million through the sale of 800,000 shares at $5 per share in an IPO underwritten by Dawson James Securities. The price values Atossa at $64.6 million. In August, the company amended its IPO and hoped to sell 1.2 million shares at $4-$6. This was the Atossa's third IPO filing; the company previously withdrew filings in 2010 and 2011.
