Ferring, Alrise deal

Alrise will conduct feasibility and scale-up studies funded by Ferring that combine Alrises's ImSus drug delivery technology with an undisclosed protein therapeutic from Ferring. Following the studies, Ferring will have an exclusive option to the technology for use with the formulation.
