Cell Biosciences acquired fellow proteomics company Protein Forest in a stock deal. Protein Forest markets sample preparation technology for proteomic analysis and biomarker discovery. Cell Biosciences' products include nanofluidic assay systems for protein analysis and digital imaging systems for proteomic and genomic research.
