Kronos co-founder, MIT team discover compound that indirectly blocks MYC

An MIT team led by Kronos co-founder Angela Koehler has discovered a small molecule that prevents MYC, an oncogene considered undruggable, from driving gene expression by locking up its binding partner MAX.
