Imaging tool may optimize CAR T therapy for solid tumors

Researchers from King's College London and colleagues developed a real-time imaging technology to track CAR T cells in vivo. The tool could provide drug developers a way to study how well their therapeutic cells are directed at tumors versus off-target sites.
