Key activities still on hold as EMA ramps up in Amsterdam

EMA said most of its suspended activities, such as guideline development, remain on hold after three months residing in its new home in Amsterdam, and the agency still doesn't know how many employees will eventually staff its new headquarters.

EMA scaled back or suspended specific activities in 2018 as part of its business continuity plan to move out of the U.K. and into its new host city, although it continued core activities related to the evaluation and supervision of drugs.
