Replimune raises $55M in a series B round

Replimune Group Inc. (Woburn, Mass.) raised $55 million in a series B round led by Foresite Capital. Fellow new investors Bain Capital Life Sciences, Redmile Group, Cormorant Asset Management and affiliates with Leerink joined existing investors Atlas Ventures, Forbion Capital Partners and Omega Funds in the round.
