Gritstone raises $92.7M in series B

Gritstone Oncology Inc. (Emeryville, Calif.) raised $92.7 million in a series B round led by new investor Lilly Asia Ventures. New investors GV, Trinitas Capital and Alexandria Venture joined existing investors Versant Ventures, The Column Group, Clarus Funds and Frazier Healthcare Partners in the round.
