Sarepta prices upsized $325.1M follow-on

Sarepta Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:SRPT) raised $325.1 million through the sale of 7.7 million shares at $42.50 in a follow-on underwritten by Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Credit Suisse, Baird, Nomura and William Blair. The price is a 2% discount to Sarepta's closing price July 21 of $43.41, before the offering was announced.
