GlobeImmune pulls IPO

GlobeImmune Inc. (Louisville, Colo.) withdrew its planned IPO, which the company first proposed in July 2012. The company declined to comment, but its filing said "terms currently obtainable in the public marketplace are not sufficiently attractive." GlobeImmune last amended its IPO in September 2012 and said it was seeking to sell 5 million shares at $11-$13. At the $12 midpoint, the company would have raised $60 million and been valued at $206.8 million. Wells Fargo; Piper Jaffray; JMP Securities; Needham; and MLV were underwriters. ...
