Array raises $52 million

Array BioPharma Inc. (NASDAQ:ARRY) raised $52 million through the sale of 20 million shares at $2.60 in a follow-on underwritten by Jefferies; Leerink; and Stifel Nicolaus Weisel. Array proposed the offering late Wednesday, when its stock price was $3.19. ...
