Antigenics raises $62 million

AGEN raised $62 million in a follow-on through the sale of 6.3 million shares at $9.92 - a 13% haircut compared to AGEN's close at $11.38 prior to proposing the deal. Despite the haircut, AGEN sold a bumped up number of shares, as the company had originally filed on Jan. 8 to sell 4.5 million shares. Of the 6.3 million shares sold, 3.5 million shares are being sold to underwriters UBS Warburg; Needham; Morgan Keegan; and Ryan Beck. The remaining 2.8 million shares are being sold by AGEN to an existing shareholder. The deal has a 518,000-share overallotment. ...
