Astellas adds more drug delivery tech via NapaJen deal

Astellas has completed a second deal for a drug delivery technology, this time with NapaJen, that stands to add a new modality to its pipeline.

Astellas Pharma Inc. (Tokyo:4503) will use oligonucleotide delivery technology from NapaJen Pharma Inc. (Burlingame, Calif.) to develop oligonucleotide therapeutics for undisclosed targets and indications.
