Shire CFO stepping down

On Monday, Shire plc (LSE:SHP; NASDAQ:SHPG) said CFO Jeff Poulton will leave the company at year end to become CFO at plant microbiome start-up Indigo Ag Inc. (Boston, Mass.). The pharma said it is seeking a replacement.
