Forward downsizing as it preps Biogen appeal

Forward Pharma A/S (NASDAQ:FWP) said Monday that CFO Joel Sendek has left the company, and EVPs Rupert Sandbrink and Andrzej Stano will depart next quarter. The changes are part of a reorganization as Forward appeals a decision in its patent dispute with Biogen Inc. (NASDAQ:BIIB).
