HHS's Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) awarded an additional $16.7 million to Cellerant to continue development of CLT-008 for acute radiation syndrome (ARS). The funding is in addition to an existing 2010 BARDA contract worth up to $153.2 million for CLT-008, bringing the total value of the five-year contract up to $169.9 million.
