Inhibiting GPRC5A for esophageal cancer metastasis

Inhibiting GPRC5A, a G protein-coupled receptor that regulates retinoic acid metabolism in embryonic development and relieves inhibition of YAP1 signaling, could help treat esophageal cancer metastasis by decreasing YAP1-mediated implantation of tumor cells in the lung.
