Targeting Regnase-1 in NK cells for antitumor immunity

Targeting the mRNA endonuclease Regnase-1 in NK cells could help treat cancer by increasing CXCR6 expression, which promotes NK cell persistence in the tumor microenvironment, as well as IFNγ mRNA expression and subsequent NK cell-mediated antitumor immunity.
