561679: Phase II data

Top-line data from 145 evaluable female patients in a double-blind, U.S. Phase II trial showed that 350 mg daily GSK561679 missed the primary endpoint of significantly improving Bech Melancholia scores, a measure of changes in depressive states, from baseline to week 6 vs. placebo.
