Metra, Amersham International plc deal

Amersham received co-exclusive rights to distribute MTRA's immunoassay products to the research community in the U.S., U.K., Ireland, Denmark and Italy. MTRA markets it Pyrilinks and Alkphase-B products for clinical use in the U.S., while its NovoCalcin and Prolagen-C products are distributed for research use only.

All of MTRA's assays are available for research or clinical use in Europe. Amersham K.K. has distributed MTRA's assays for research use in Japan since 1993. ...
