T cell receptor peptide vaccine data

CNCT announced that results of a physician-sponsored Phase I/II trial showed that patients who had an immunologic response to the T cell receptor vaccine also had stabilization of disease. In 23 patients with chronic, progressive MS, 12 months of treatment boosted protective T cells and lowered T cells thought to cause the disease, as reported in Nature Medicine. Bystander T cells also were inhibited in areas of inflammation.

Of the 6 immune responders, all were improved or stable clinically. Of 17 non-immune-responders, 7 were improved or stable. None of the patients taking placebo had evidence of an immune response. ...
