PN 27 data

PRLN announced preliminary results from 7 patients in its compassionate use trial of PN 27.1, including 2 patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, 2 with breast cancer and 2 with prostate cancer. Doses were 15, 30 or 60 mg/kg three times a day for one month. Of the 4 patients completing at least a month of therapy, 3 responded, as measured by tumor regression and white blood cell count in lymphoma, and CEA values for breast cancer.
