Genelabs, Proteus International deal

GNLB and Proteus dissolved their Progene Partners joint venture, which was formed in 1992 to design small molecules as gene-regulating drugs using GNLB's Merlin technology and Proteus' Prometheus molecular modeling software.

Each partner retains exclusive rights to the technology it contributed to the partnership and has co-exclusive rights to all proprietary data that was accumulated during the venture.
