TCR peptide T cell receptor vaccine data

Research collaborators presented results of a Phase I/II trial in 23 patients at the New Orleans meeting of the American Association of Immunologists, showing clinical benefit in those who responded immunologically to the vaccine.

The patients, who had chronic, progressive disease, were given intradermal injections for 12 months with either a native or modified version of the VB 5.2 peptide vaccine, or placebo.
