Sequus, Zeneca Pharmaceuticals deal

SEQU and Zeneca restructured their 1993 distribution agreement for Amphotec, a lipid-based formulation of amphotericin B. SEQU reacquired all international marketing and distribution rights with the exception of nine countries: Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Sweden and the U.K.

In exchange, SEQU agreed to forego milestones that would have been due on approval in other countries. The amount of foregone milestones hasn't been disclosed, but SEQU said they aren't material. ...
