Alanex Corp., Roche Bioscience deal

The companies reached a three-year agreement to discover orally delivered, small molecule drugs for pain using Alanex's integrated combinatorial chemistry technology with a Roche Bioscience molecular target.

Roche will pay an undisclosed initiation fee, and provide research funding and milestones in return for exclusive worldwide marketing and manufacturing rights for compounds arising from the collaboration. Alanex will receive royalties. ...
