Enzo Biochem preclinical data

ENZ presented in vitro data at the International Conference on AIDS in Vancouver, showing that CD4 cells resisted HIV-1 infection after being transfected with a construct of an antisense RNA-producing gene. The cells survived three successive challenges with the BAL strain of HIV, with no p24 production, no HIV sequences detectable by PCR, and no syncytia evident.
