PRO-2000: Will begin a Phase I/II trial

PRCT completed a Phase I trial in the U.K. in May 1995, in which a single bolus injection was well-tolerated. In a Phase I/II study, the drug was delivered by continuous iv; reversible changes in liver enzymes and platelets were noted in some patients.
