CoCensys, Mylan Laboratories Inc, Watson Pharmaceuticals Inc deal

COCN signed a distribution agreement with Somerset Pharmaceuticals Inc., which is jointly owned by MYL and WATS, under which COCN will promote Somerset's Eldepryl (selegiline) Parkinson's disease drug to U.S. neurologists.

The drug currently is marketed by Sandoz Pharmaceuticals. During the first quarter, COCN and Sandoz will co-promote, after which COCN becomes the exclusive agent to promote the product with Somerset. ...
