IVAX's Diamedix Corp. subsidiary exclusively licensed the TRAx CD4 and CD8 microtiter plate diagnostics kits from TCEL's T Cell Diagnostics Inc. subsidiary.
T Cell Diagnostics received an undisclosed signing fee, a purchase price for the supply of kits and annual order commitments from Diamedix, and will receive sales royalties. ...
