North American Vaccine, Abbott deal

The companies reached an agreement in principle for Abbott to market NVX's diphtheria, tetanus and whooping cough vaccine (DTaP) following FDA approval. NVX could receive up to $42 million in payments, including equity investments, license and development payments and milestones, as well as revenues from sales.
