ImmunoGen preclinical data

IMGN (Cambridge, Mass.) published animal data showing greater effectiveness of its small molecule immunoconjugate than four other chemotherapeutics, with the immunoconjugate able to completely cure mice with lymphoma tumors.

As reported in Cancer Research, the implanted lymphoma was fatal by 26 days. In mice treated for five days with the immunoconjugate, mean survival was prolonged to 62 days. ...
