Recombinant receptor for tumor necrosis factor data

Researchers reported positive Phase II data with the company's TNF receptor, with significant improvement in symptoms in patients who received the agent in the 180 patient study.

As presented at a meeting on Inflammatory Cytokine Antagonists in Cambridge, Mass., twice weekly doses, given for 12 weeks, gave a 64 percent reduction in painful joints (p=0.0006) and a 58 percent reduction in swollen joints (p=0.002) for the highest dose tested. ...
