Immunex preclinical data

IMNX reported at the meeting of the American Society of Hematology in Seattle that the Flt-3 ligand molecule promotes the growth of dendritic cells both in vitro and in vivo.

Mice injected daily for 10 days with the ligand showed a 14-fold increase in dendritic cells in the spleen. The cells were as efficient in presenting and processing antibodies as freshly isolated dendritic cells from untreated mice. ...
