Interim Phase II data for BBIOY's oral anticancer agent, Marimastat, demonstrated that in 94 evaluable patients with four types of cancer, 31(33 percent) showed an absolute fall or no rise in the level of cancer antigens, a surrogate marker for solid tumors, after 28 days of treatment.
