ProtAffin preclinical data

In mouse models of lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced lung inflammation and sub-chronic smoke exposure, PA401 displayed "strong and broad" anti-inflammatory activity as compared to Daxas roflumilast and SCH527123, while also reducing levels of the murine homologs of IL-8.
