Bioglan, SkyePharma sales and marketing update

BGP will market SKP's Solaraze topical diclofenac for actinic keratosis in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. SKP received a signing fee of $14 million and will receive up to $29 million in marketing and sales milestones plus royalties.
