Gliatech preclinical data

GLIA said a single GT-2394 treatment decreased food intake in rats 22 percent over 24 hours, and decreased food intake an average of 6-12 percent per day over 15 days. Over those 15 days, rats receiving either 3 mg/kg or 10 mg/kg once per day had a reduction in overall body weight of 1.2 percent and 4.6 percent, respectively.
