Celera Genomics Group, City of Hope Cancer Center, Paracel Inc. deal

CRA signed a definitive agreement to acquire Paracel in a stock transaction valued at $283 million. Paracel shareholders will receive between 1.55 million and 2.26 million CRA shares depending on CRA's market value when the merger is effected.
