Solstice’s $225 million series A will allow the NewCo to test whether administering its Fc-enhanced, shorter-acting CTLA-4 antibody before surgery can improve responses without toxicity delaying tumor removal.
Solstice Oncology Inc. made its formal debut Tuesday, seven months after the Asia-to-West NewCo emerged with ex-China rights to next-generation, Fc-enhanced anti-CTLA-4 mAb porustobart (HBM4003).
