Latigo Biotherapeutics, BlossomHill, Braveheart Bio, and Attovia raised over $1.2 billion combined in NASDAQ IPOs this week, making it the busiest week for biotech IPOs since mid-April. The four offerings bring the year’s tally to 20, with 14 producing first-day gains.
Braveheart Bio Inc. (NASDAQ:BRVE) raised the largest offering, selling an upsized 21.3 million shares at $18 for proceeds of $383 million. The company’s shares rose 66% to $29.80 on Thursday, their first day of trading. It announced its underwriters’ full exercise of their greenshoe option late Friday, bringing the total to 24.4 million shares and $440 million raised, with a post-money valuation of nearly $1.4 billion...
