Litfulo delivers in vitiligo as Xpovio misses in endometrial cancer

Updates from the clinic this week included positive Phase III data for an oral vitiligo therapy and an early readout from an anti-β-amyloid mAb designed to prduce fewer side efffects in Alzheimer’s disease. The week’s biggest setback came from Karyopharm after XPO1 inhibitor Xpovio missed the primary endpoint in a Phase III endometrial cancer trial.
