Radiopharmas join up in Curium, Lantheus deal: Deals Report

Private equity-backed Curium said its acquisition of radiopharmaceuticals company Lantheus will strengthen its U.S. commercial footprint and broaden its commitment to diagnostics across prostate cancer, neurology and echocardiography.
An affiliate of Curium Pharma Ltd. is paying $102.50 per share up front to acquire Lantheus Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:LNTH), whose business spans radiopharma oncology, precision diagnostics and strategic partnerships. The deal includes $12 per share in contingent value right (CVR) payments associated with commercial milestones.
