Hansoh reports Phase III PFS win for risvutatug rezetecan in osteosarcoma

B7-H3 is emerging as an important target for antibody-drug conjugates in hard-to-treat cancers. With the lead program from Daiichi and Merck under FDA review, and a second ADC, risvutatug rezetecan from Hansoh and GSK, delivering Phase III wins in osteosarcoma and small cell lung cancer, the target class could bring breakthroughs to challenging, underserved indications.

On Tuesday, Hansoh Pharmaceutical Group Co. Ltd. (HKEX:03692) reported that risvutatug rezetecan (ris-rez) met the primary progression-free survival (PFS) endpoint in the Phase III ARTEMIS-011 study in third-line osteosarcoma.
