Song among trio of new partners at Venrock

Ken Song returned to Venrock, where he was a VP in 2007-10, before taking on a string of CEO roles that culminated in the sale of his T cell engager company Candid Therapeutics Inc. for $2 billion to  UCB S.A. (Euronext:UCB). Joining Song as a partner at the VC are Derek Yuan, Candid’s China GM, and Cindy Xiong, recently of Foresite Capital.
