Dosing, liver profile may differentiate Arrowhead in severe hypertriglyceridemia

Arrowhead’s Phase III data positions its APOC3 inhibitor Redemplo as a credible competitor to Ionis’ Tryngolza in severe hypertriglyceridemia, with less-frequent dosing and a potentially favorable hepatic safety profile.
