WuXi AppTec says 1260H listing based on ‘demonstrably false’ assertions

WuXi AppTec told a federal court Monday that the Defense Department’s designation of it as a “Chinese military company” rests on “demonstrably false” assertions. The company contends that the U.S. government “started with a desired conclusion and then did a handful of internet searches for ‘evidence’ to support that preordained result.”
