Roche bets on divarasib superiority while advancing pan-RAS inhibitors

Head-to-head NSCLC win strengthens the next-generation G12C inhibitor’s position against Lumakras and Krazati

Roche is pursuing a two-track RAS strategy: establish divarasib as the preferred KRAS G12C inhibitor in lung cancer, while advancing broader RAS programs that could address tumors driven by other mutations.

This month, Roche (SIX:ROG; OTCQB:RHHBY) announced that divarasib met its primary endpoint of  superior progression-free survival (PFS) versus Lumakras sotorasib or Krazati adagrasib in the Phase III head-to-head Krascendo 1 study, which enrolled previously treated patients with advanced G12C-mutant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). ...
