DoD presents case for designating WuXi AppTec a Chinese military company

The Department of Defense has called on a federal court to reject WuXi AppTec’s motion for a preliminary injunction that would remove it from the department’s list of Chinese Military Companies, the 1260H list. The filing details evidence DoD says supports the company’s inclusion.

The DoD filing is a response to a motion WuXi AppTec Co. Ltd. (Shanghai:603259; HKEX:2359) (药明康德) filed with the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia in June.
